Scholz Autoclave
SCHOLZ AUTOCLAVE 1 is the first SCHOLZ autoclave in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
With SCHOLZ AUTOCLAVE 1, like the second, are produced the composite parts of the ALIENO hypercars, including the innovative ALIENO chassis, built entirely from pre-preg carbon-fiber, kevlar/aramid and aluminum honeycomb core, the exterior built completely from ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar panels, ALIENO pre-preg carbon-kevlar details of the interior, as well as the innovative ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar wheels.
It weighs 36 tons and has overall dimensions of 10.0 meters x 4.9 meters x 5.3 meters, making it one of the largest in this part of the world. The internal usable space of its cylinder is 3.3 meters in diameter and 6.2 meters in length, i.e. it fits the entire chassis of the ALIENO hypercar, allowing it to be processed into the autoclave at once as a single piece, with witch maximum strength, durability and lightness are achieved, instead of splitting it into at least three separate parts.
Scholz Autoclave
SCHOLZ AUTOCLAVE 2 is the second SCHOLZ autoclave in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
With SCHOLZ AUTOCLAVE 2, like the first, are produced the composite parts of the ALIENO hypercars, including the innovative ALIENO chassis, built entirely from pre-preg carbon-fiber, kevlar/aramid and aluminum honeycomb core, the exterior built completely from ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar panels, ALIENO pre-preg carbon-kevlar details of the interior, as well as the innovative ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar wheels.
It weighs 56 tons and has overall dimensions of 10.8 meters x 5.2 meters x 5.5 meters, making it one of the largest in this part of the world. The internal usable space of its cylinder is 3.8 meters in diameter and 7.4 meters in length, i.e. it fits the entire chassis of the ALIENO hypercar, allowing it to be processed into the autoclave at once as a single piece, with witch maximum strength, durability and lightness are achieved, instead of splitting it into at least three separate parts.
Kuka Robot 1
KUKA ROBOT 1 is the first KUKA 6-axis industrial robot (complete set with a robot manipulator, robot controller and a teach pendant) in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
It weighs 1285 kg, has a load capacity of 180 kg and a working radius of 3.1 meters.
KUKA ROBOT 1 is the central element in the ALIENO robotic milling system for soft materials, composite materials and aluminum, which includes a robot, inverter, spindle with automatic tool change, an additional robotic linear axis, extension for the robotic linear axis, robotic rotary table, an additional robotic manipulator, aspiration system, CAM software, milling cutters, worktops, as well as a hot-wire cutting tool (with an automatic tool changer for it), with which is accelerating the processing of details from soft materials.
With it are produced the patterns (the models) and the molds (the matrices) for the composite parts of the ALIENO hypercars (the innovative ALIENO chassis, built entirely from pre-preg carbon-fiber, kevlar/aramid and aluminum honeycomb core, the exterior built completely from ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar panels, ALIENO pre-preg carbon-kevlar details of the interior, as well as the innovative ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar wheels), as their final processing is also performed.
Kuka Robot 2
KUKA ROBOT 2 is the second KUKA 6-axis industrial robot in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
It weighs 1165 kg, has a load capacity of 120 kg and a working radius of 2.6 meters.
KUKA ROBOT 2 is the central element in the ALIENO robotic MIG/MAG welding system for metals.
With it are produced some of the metal parts of the ALIENO hypercars.
Kuka Robot 3
KUKA ROBOT 3 is the third KUKA 6-axis industrial robot (complete set with a robot manipulator, robot controller and a teach pendant) in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
It weighs 1155 kg, has a load capacity of 200 kg and a working radius of 2.4 meters.
KUKA ROBOT 3 is the central element in the ALIENO robotic TIG welding system for metals.
With it are produced some of the metal parts of the ALIENO hypercars.
Kuka Robot 4
KUKA ROBOT 4 is the fourth KUKA 6-axis industrial robot in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
It weighs 1245 kg, has a load capacity of 150 kg and a working radius of 3.1 meters.
KUKA ROBOT 4 is an element in the ALIENO robotic milling systems, performing the role of a 1- or 2-axis robotic rotary table and a 3- or 4-axis robotic manipulator, depending on the specific task. It helps the main robots in these systems by positioning the parts they process.
With them are produced most of the parts of the ALIENO hypercars.
Kuka Robot 5
KUKA ROBOT 5 is the fifth KUKA 6-axis industrial robot in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
It weighs 1267 kg, has a load capacity of 180 kg and a working radius of 2.7 meters.
KUKA ROBOT 5 is equipped with a working tool type vacuum gripper with three vacuum units and eight vacuum cups. It helps the main robots in the various ALIENO robotic part processing systems by positioning the parts they process.
With them are produced most of the parts of the ALIENO hypercars.
Kuka Robot 6
KUKA ROBOT 6 is the sixth KUKA 6-axis industrial robot (complete set with a robot manipulator, robot controller and a teach pendant) in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
It weighs 1285 kg, has a load capacity of 150 kg and a working radius of 3.1 meters.
KUKA ROBOT 6 is the central element in the ALIENO robotic milling system for aluminum, steel and titanium, which includes a robot, inverter, spindle, robotic rotary table, an additional robotic manipulator, cooling system, aspiration system, CAM software, milling cutters and worktops.
With it are produced most of the metal parts of the ALIENO hypercars.

KUKA ROBOT 7 is the seventh KUKA 6-axis industrial robot (complete set with a robot manipulator, robot controller and a teach pendant) in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
It weighs 1285 kg, has a load capacity of 150 kg and a working radius of 3.1 meters.
KUKA ROBOT 7 is the central element in the ALIENO robotic turning system for aluminum, steel and titanium, which includes a robot, an additional robotic rotary axis, an additional robotic manipulator, cooling system, aspiration system, CAM software, turning tools and worktops.
With it are produced most of the metal parts of the ALIENO hypercars.

KUKA ROBOT 8 is the eighth KUKA 6-axis industrial robot (complete set with a robot manipulator, robot controller and a teach pendant) in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.

KUKA ROBOT 8 is the central element in the ALIENO robotic 3D printing system for parts of plastic, metal alloys and advanced composite materials.
With it are produced some of the parts of the ALIENO hypercars, as well as the patterns (the models) and the molds (the matrices) for some of them.

KUKA ROBOT 9 is the ninth KUKA 6-axis industrial robot (complete set with a robot manipulator, robot controller and a teach pendant) in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
It weighs 1285 kg, has a load capacity of 150 kg and a working radius of 3.1 meters.
KUKA ROBOT 9 is the central element in the ALIENO robotic plasma arc cutting and drilling system of metals.
With it are produced some of the metal parts of the ALIENO hypercars.
KURIS CNC CUTTING MACHINE 1
KURIS CNC CUTTING MACHINE 1 is the first KURIS CNC machine in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
KURIS CNC CUTTING MACHINE 1 performs robotic cutting of details from composite materials (pre-preg carbon-fiber, kevlar/aramid), leather and Alcantara.
Its worktop has overall dimensions of 8.8 meters x 3.7 meters and has an automated vacuum system for fixing of the details during cutting.
With KURIS CNC CUTTING MACHINE 1, like the second, are cut the pieces for the composite parts of the ALIENO hypercars (the innovative ALIENO chassis, built entirely from pre-preg carbon-fiber, kevlar/aramid and aluminum honeycomb core, the exterior built completely from ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar panels, ALIENO pre-preg carbon-kevlar details of the interior, the innovative ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar wheels), as well as the pieces for the parts from leather and Alcantara of the interior of the ALIENO hypercars.
KURIS CNC CUTTING MACHINE 2
KURIS CNC CUTTING MACHINE 2 is the second KURIS CNC machine in the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta, Bulgaria.
KURIS CNC CUTTING MACHINE 2 performs robotic cutting of details from composite materials (pre-preg carbon-fiber, kevlar/aramid), leather and Alcantara.
Its worktop has overall dimensions of 10.0 meters x 2.0 meters and has an automated vacuum system for fixing of the details during cutting.
With KURIS CNC CUTTING MACHINE 2, like the first, are cut the pieces for the composite parts of the ALIENO hypercars (the innovative ALIENO chassis, built entirely from pre-preg carbon-fiber, kevlar/aramid and aluminum honeycomb core, the exterior built completely from ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar panels, ALIENO pre-preg carbon-kevlar details of the interior, the innovative ALIENO robotic pre-preg carbon-kevlar wheels), as well as the pieces for the parts from leather and Alcantara of the interior of the ALIENO hypercars.
